As Managing Partner with Beyond a Resume, Stephen’s primary focus includes: Continuing to grow the National Healthcare, IT and Government Contracting verticals. Additionally, he is supporting his client’s leadership teams directly, and identifying new and emerging industries where Beyond a Resume can effectively help new clients reach their talent goals. A James Madison University graduate and native to Northern Virginia, Stephen is also passionate about his friends and family, boating and beaching, film, sports, and his book club (5 years running)!

Eddie is a top-producing, award-winning sales executive with over 10 years of account management, customer service, life science, and relocation experience. Eddie is dedicated to his client’s success and treats every transaction like his first.
As a partner inside Beyond a Resume, Eddie’s role is to grow the Life Science sector nationally. He specializes in small to mid-size companies where he can utilize his extensive network of science professionals.
A native of Maryland, Eddie got licensed as a Realtor in Maryland and partnered with the Katie Nicholson Team of Coldwell Banker to assist his Life Science Clients recruit and relocate talent in and out of the state of Maryland.
Craig McIntyre
Craig is a seasoned staffing professional with over a decade of experience providing custom talent solutions for his clients. Craig's primary industry focus has been Healthcare, IT, and Professional Services.
With an additional background in analytics and revenue strategy, he specializes in creating unique solutions for each client. Craig’s ultimate goal is to provide superior service for his clients and candidates so that they in return deliver superior performance. More importantly, Craig cherishes the opportunity to help individuals in his community land a job that aligns with their career aspirations.
Craig is a graduate of UMD - College Park and a passionate Terp Alum. I’m his free time, he enjoys golf, skiing, Pickleball, and long runs with his golden doodle puppy, Kevin. Most of all, Craig enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter any chance he gets.
